CarraKlenz Cleanser with Acemannan Hydrogel

Acemannan Hydrogel™
After the scientist at Carrington Laboratories discovered the wound healing properties of acemannan, they went on to create a raw material that would deliver the same benefits. The result was Acemannan Hydrogel™, the first commercially-available raw material from Aloe vera L. containing high concentrations of polymeric polysaccharides.

Acemannan Hydrogel™ is the key ingredient in medical device products for the cessation of pain and management of wounds, burns, ulcers and surgical incisions. In addition, Acemannan Hydrogel™ is the core ingredient of all of Carrington’s advanced wound and skin care products for both human and animal use. One of their most popular products is CarraKlenz™ Wound & Skin Cleanser.

Acemannan Hydrogel is the only medical component derived from Aloe Vera distinguished with clearance from the FDA for the management of wounds and cessation of pain - no rinsing necessary - deodorizing , sustains a moist wound environment - does not delay healing

Ear Wax Removal Drops

Ear wax is produced by glands in the ear canal and it's job is to clean, moisten and protect the canal.

Usually, ear wax is produced in small quantities and emerges naturally from the ear. If wax is produced in larger than normal quantities, it may cause a blockage with feeling of blockage, itchiness and sometimes hearing loss.

Since the ear canal is a self-cleansing organ, under normal circumstances it needs no special attention.

If you have a need for cleaning the ear canal regularly use the Murine Ear Wax Removal System.

Murine Ear Wax Removal Drops is a safe and fast-acting formula used as an aid to soften, loosen and remove excessive ear wax. The system includes an Ear Washer and fast-acting Carbamide Peroxide Ear Wax Removal Aid. pH balanced.Comes complete with bulb syringe and 0.5 fl oz (15 ml) of cleaning formula.

Simply tilt head sideways and place 5-10 drops into the ear (tip of applicator should not enter ear canal). Keep the drops in ear for several minutes by keeping head tilted or place cotton in the ear. Use twice daily up to four days if needed.

Note: Murine Ear Drops foam on contact with ear wax due to the release of oxygen. The Active Ingredient is Carbamide Peroxide, 6.5%.

Calmoseptine Ointment

Calmoseptine Ointment is a multipurpose, moisture barrier ointment. It is over-the counter and does not require a prescription to obtain. It was originally developed by a pharmacist as a diaper rash ointment but, over time, has been found to be effective for a number of conditions.

Calmoseptine Ointment acts as a barrier to protect skin from moisture and irritating substances. This barrier function also helps protect the skin from drying out. In addition it has ingredients that help to draw moisture away from too moist or inflamed areas. Thus, it helps to maintain a healthy moisture balance for your skin.

Protects and helps heal skin Irritations from diper rashes, wound drainage, minor cuts, minor scrapes, minor burns and irradiated skin. It also helps heal skin irritations caused by moisture, such as perspiration.

In adults and children Calmoseptine Ointment can be used as often as needed to provide protection and relief.

It only takes a thin layer for Calmoseptine to be effective. In most cases, using too much will not cause any problems but it can be messy.

Thera-Band Exercise Ball

The exercise ball is a great tool for strengthening the abs, but it also helps you reach those hard-to-get-to muscles as well as improving your balance and overall coordination.

The numerous applications of the exercise ball follow a range of difficulty levels, and the benefits for back pain can be felt at each level. From merely sitting on the exercise ball to doing structured aerobic exercise routines, the basic support needed by the back and stomach muscles are the same.

For a person with low back pain, the exercise ball can be used for a variety of purposes. Some of the reasons the exercise ball is used are to learn proper posture, increase lumbar (low back) mobility, increase abdominal and back muscle strength, increase balance and stability as well as develop overall control and strength of the core body muscles.

As an introduction to exercising on the ball, it is often recommended that one simply sit on the exercise ball for 30 minutes a day and bounce lightly, continually finding and maintaining one’s balance on the ball. Another recommended first step on the exercise ball is to find a neutral (lordotic) lumbar spine position. Slouch slightly on the exercise ball, rounding the lower and upper back. Begin bouncing lightly on the exercise ball. Allow the body to automatically find the straightened posture, which promote staying balanced while continuing to bounce on the exercise ball. This balanced position on the exercise ball is also referred to as the center of gravity, where the upper body is balanced on a stable pelvic base.
Even a slight change in this neutral posture position will change the center of gravity and require a correction to stay on the exercise ball. The stomach muscles are required to work the whole time to keep this balanced, neutral posture.

Thera-Band Exercise Balls are inflatable balls used to strengthen muscles to improve posture and help prevent back pain. Each exercise ball comes with two plugs and an inflation adapter, along with the Thera-Band® Exercise Ball Guide Poster detailing 24 exercises. They are weight-tested to support 1,000 lbs. of static weight. Five sizes are provided to allow for user height variations.
